Getting the Donald

Today Mr. Tigger and I did our first race of the weekend. Spoiler...we finished!

It was slightly cool in the morning and warmed up pretty quick. I didn't dress appropriately. That's what happens when you train in freezing temperatures and then race in Florida.

There were a lot of people...a lot.

We were pretty much walking at the start due to the crowd, but soon we made our way to the grass on the side of the road and were able to get going.

We got to run through the castle.

Met lots of fun characters.

And got a duck-shaped medal.

Afterwards we toured Celebration, Florida with the kids. Gotta love the splash pad.

The kids had fun in the water while we lounged.

Mouse didn't enjoy the splash pad, but she did really like the pizza we ordered for lunch.

She also enjoyed the swing at the park.

The other kids had more fun climbing around with their cousin.

Mr. Tigger and Mouse hung out with a baby lizard. Lizards are all over the place here.

Overall, it was a fun and relaxing day for us...after that race in the morning of course.
