A Brighter Outlook

I promised a happier post, so I thought I better deliver. Besides, I am having a good morning and just feel like spreading around a little gratitude and happiness.

Right at this moment Mr. Tigger is beginning his two-day interview at the U of U PA school. Last night he spent the night with some of our friends in Salt Lake so that he would be close for his interview. I'm grateful that we have such good friends who are so generous and willing to take us into their home.

This morning when I talked to Mr. Tigger he seemed excited for his interview and ready to just go in there and be himself, which I was happy about. He had been stressing for the past few days and it was good to hear that he'd put that behind him and was ready to have
 a good time.

I'm excited for this interview and hope that Mr. Tigger gets accepted, but I really just want Mr. Tigger to feel good about the interview and come away knowing that he did his best. Besides, even if he doesn't get accepted into the U, he's already been accepted elsewhere and we'll be happy to go there too.

As for me, my back is feeling much better after spending the last few nights in the recliner, so that is a relief. My little boy is about as cute as you can get. My mom is starting to feel better after her last chemo treatment. My sister-in-law still has her bun in the oven and it hasn't come out prematurely. My two nephews are out serving the Lord in various parts of the world and loving it. My other nephew just got the priesthood. My little bun is doing well and didn't even hide from the doctor at our last visit. And I am almost done with the laundry.

Life is good.
